Problem With Updating Linked Excel Tables in Word 2013

I tried repairing office installation after you suggestion and partly it solved the problem. The local files on my c: drive are working and updating in real time however the files on onedrive are still not working and every time i close my word document the link is broken next time I open the document.

That is consistent with what I posted before about links to URLs:

I found that hard to believe then what is the point working with office365 if I can't even link tables...I think I may need a second opinion and I will cross post on other forums. Thank you for your answers and I will update this thread if there is a solution.
