Go to Amazon and search for the 'Microsoft Certified Application Specialist Study Guide' It has ALL the info you need to know to pass the MCAS 2007 exams and has a load of exercises on the included CD. AND it gives you a free online pre-test and 25% discount on one of the tests - If you want some more in depth knowledge of the individual Apps in MSO, then I recommend the 'Microsoft Step by Step' series!
