Hey, thx for the fast reply. I thought that there was not automatic way so I guess I have to organize and insert all the text by hand, which is o.k. since it should be a gift and I am willing to put in some work..  But how may I organize the document so that there is the typical 'chat format' with the two sides, without using tab so often...? Best
