Compressed tiff files can't be opened in Word on Windows. Do you have some options to turn off the compression when saving your tiff file? Or try other image formats such as JPG.

Hi, Thank you for your reply!
I have tried compressed and with no compression, the client is still having problems. I thought it may be that .tif was not supported in word 2000. I do not work with word often and if I do , it is the 2008 , not 2000. I have suggested that they try a different format, possibly .jpg but I was curious as to why the problem was even there to begin with because they are saying that this just started to be a problem. I am at a loss because nothing has changed on my end as to how I save the .tif file. |
