Default have part of page with 2 columns

I am working on a paper, and I have trouble in creating part of the page with two columns, I tested every possible solution but it does not seem working.
1. I want to convert to two columns the part after introduction, so please see it. Thanks in advance from everyone.
2. Another Issue is that I want to have a table that its width is equal to width of the standard page when it is one column but when I convert the document into 2 columns format it breaks and some part of it goes to say left column and some part goes to the right column.
I appreciate every help and thanks in advance.
(For example I tried section break or make afterward this point two columns)
