I think I am trying to ask a similar question. After all corrections, deletions, rescinding and changing......How do you see, save and look at the document without all the markups?
You can temporarily hide markup via Review tab | Show Markup. If you want to get rid of it permanently, you have to accept changes and turn off the tracking. See http://shaunakelly.com/word/sharing/...TrackedChanges.
