You should be able to click on the picture/graphic (to highlight it) and from the HOME ribbon, in the PARAGRAPH section, click on CENTER icon (or, enter Cntrl + E). That should do it. Hope this helps...

Thanks Jim, but the problem persists. When I attempt to center the photo, the rest of the article centers also. Strange but true. I have no clue why.
