Med Template-We need a sub header to populate subsequent pages after info is entered on first page.

Although I could modify the template for you, you won't learn anything that way. Have you at least tried to do as I suggested? If you get stuck, post back with the details and we can take it from there.

I'll try to give it a shot today if time permits. I am doing the conversion to electronic medical records and in house dictation for the office so my plate is quite full. I don't use MSW hardly ever so the learning curve for all but the simplest tasks is substantial for me.
I really appreciate your assistance with this. I will give it a shot later today and if I get stuck, I will be happy to Paypal you some money to modify them for me
