Please can anyone help with this?



Whilst I can achieve the effect I want in an isolated file I cannot achieve the same with a new template I am creating that uses a number list style and text styles that I have also created.

The attached file shows two paragraphs that look almost identical. The second one is what I am looking to achieve but is a screenshot image of the first paragraph before it lost it's formatting. This occurred when I saved the file; ie: before saving it looked like the image and after saving it changed to the actual text shown. The two images at the bottom are the settings that were used to create the paragraph.

I used this formatting successfully in earlier versions of Word without the glitch that I am now experiencing and I am baffled as to why the format changes and also what saving the file does to make this happen.

Does this look familiar to you and are you able to help?
