Default Need a document to help take notes

Hi guys,

I'm a bit stuck, I have been asked to create a document at work that will help everybody to take notes at our monthly meetings. The layout has been designed in Indesign already and the jpg is being used as a background in Word with text boxes over the top.

My question is... Is there a way of locking text boxes in position? I need them to still be editable for content, but cant trust people not to move/delete them from the original. It is being constructed in Word 2008 (mac) and opened in Word 2010 (PC).

Any help/input on this problem would be great.
Thanks,
P
