Arrow Importing individual cells from Excel to Word

So, I am trying to save myself some hassel in switching between data in excel and word.
Specifically, I have a letter in word, and a database of names and fax numbers in excel. I want to be able to import the fax number from excel by just typing in the name, or something like that. I'm not wanting to do a mail merge or anything, I just want one piece of data (out of thousands) to be imported.



Any help/direction is greatly appreciated!
