![]() The use of a Heading Style doesn't automatically mean the content will show up in the Table of Contents. TOC fields have formatting switches that allow you to specify which headings are included. By default, Headings 1-3 are, but 4-9 aren't. If you create one via Insert|Quick Parts|Field>TOC, you have complete control over what levels get included.
