Default automatic start of macro + help on writing helper function

Hello all,

I'm setting my first steps into word macro's and VBA programming.

I received a demand to do the following in word:
Create a document(template) in word
- which on open ask the user "Would you like to use the Request Writer Helper" (Yes/No)
- if the user agrees, this should launch a second marcro in which the user must select for each possible (predefined) paragraph the required text.
(Finish/Cancel)
When the user clicks on finish, the selected text should be put into the word document.
- An icon to call the macro should be placed in a separte toolbar in the document.

All possible text selections should be preferably in the template, so that everything can be done localy.

We are still using Word 2003.

Is there anybody of you specialist that could help me out with this and could guide me along the way ?

Thanks already in advance for your assistance.
