From the Quick Access Toolbar, click on the downward arrow at the far right; scroll down to "More Commands..."; Select your choice from the "Choose Commands From" menu; Select your commands from the left-hand column and "Add" them to the right-hand column; then, select OK.

Not sure what you mean. A keyboard shortcut can be assigned to a macro, or a command, but what do you expect to happen?

Ah, I just saw your other thread about a shape. What I think you may need is a simple macro that adds your "particular" shape. Then you can either make a keyboard shortcut or Quick access to call it.
