Sometimes I find that I want more lines on the page so I drag the bottom margin down and nothing happens, I can't get more lines. Other times it works like I would expect. Why the difference? Sometimes the top margin is the saem. I want more lines so I try to push the text up the page by raising the top margin. Zilch.
