Sure! The first page is used to collect the data (identification of subjects, dates...). Rest of the pages are documents that are using these data. So I put the name in a text area in the first page and it is automatically filled-in on the rest of the pages. Each data is used multiple times.

How are you creating these OLE links? I tested using Paste Special and noticed no difficulties with content from within the file.

However, as I already said, I think you will find http://gregmaxey.com/word_tip_pages/repeating_data.html more useful...
