Thank you GMayor....Paste special worked. Would you also know how to change text I highlight in my template document to the default font/size for the template? For instance, if my default font and size in my template is Verdana 8 pt but I have a paragraph of text in another font/size and I would like to highlight that text and change it to the default template font/size is there a way to do that with a keyboad shortcut rather then actually going in and changing the settings?
