sorry for the language (I'm Italian).

I downloaded from the Microsoft website the Italian voice synthesis (Text to Speech MSSpeech_TTS_it-IT_Lucia) and I've installed.

I opened Word 2010, I made the necessary steps to add 'Read' in the Quick Access toolbar, and popup the icon to read it aloud.

But when selecting a piece of text for reproduction, the icon is not enabled (ie, when I click remains inhibited).

I went to check ls in Windows 7 and I noticed that in the 'Select the item' that appears only in English, despite having installed one in Italian.

How so?

Can someone orient?
