I am a grad student, and I frequently collaborate with other students and faculty on research papers. The trouble is that many of these individuals do not utilize Word's Source Manager, and when it comes time to standardize the bibliography, I am left with an hour or two of work going through and converting each reference.



I'm wondering if there's a way to expedite this process, short of convincing everyone to input their sources as they go (believe me, I've tried). Ideally, there would be some sort of a way to input values as standard field entries in a CSV and somehow convert the sources that way, but even if there's a way to do it by directly editing the XML code, I'll give it a shot.
