Default Word 2013 Word Art

I used to make concert posters using Word 2000 and the WordArt feature. I wasnt able to find the 2000 Word Art styles to apply to a new poster I started creating...figured out that I can get the legacy styles by simply saving the document (poster) as a Word Document 1997-03 format. Now my problem is that I can insert WordArt boxes but the are always stuck up in the upper left hand corner of the page and I cannot seem to do anything to move them around the page by clicking and dragging like I used to be able to do in Word 2000. Any ideas? I very much appreciate any help! Ive attached an example of a finished poster.
