I just installed Office 365 for students, which is supposed to have Word 2013. In the previous version (Word 2007) I put a lot of font color in the document but now in Word 2013 I see none of this color. All fonts are put in the default color. How can I get my color back?
Thanks. |

Further to my earlier message I found out that the reason I cannot see the font color is that I am using a high contrast mode. In Word 2013 the font color set by high contrast seems to override the colors I set individually for different parts of the document. I can do other formatting like bold, italics, etc., and they show perfectly well.
Is there a way to fix this and save the individual colors? Thanks. |

Are you talking about the Windows High Contrast accessibility feature?

I am saying once you select the high cont mode you cannot change font color for any word or phrase in your document because the font color only follows that set by the high contrast. In word 2007 font color is independent of high cont so this problem does not arise. I am not sure about word 2010. Does anyone know?

And, I am asking because I do not know of a "High Contrast" mode in Word, any version. Is it a Windows setting?
