Document Suddenly Become Read-Only
I was working with a Word Document (MS Word 2013) which was easily editable when suddenly until I saved it for the next session of editing. When I next opened it, Word told me that it was a Read-Only File, and I could not edit it. I never wanted to protect or make it read only, and now I cannot edit it. How do I remove or make the saved file editable? When I look for it in Windows explorer, it does not show up as having read-only properties. Thanks in advance.

That suggests you may have an excess of left-over temp files. For instructions on how to locate and delete these, see: http://www.gmayor.com/what_to_do_when_word_crashes.htm
