I have multiple seat Office 2003 and just installed on a second computer. When I send a Word doc via email or flash drive from my original computer to the new one the file conversion window comes up with unreadable text . It was created using Times New Roman. The converter says Western European. Any other option on the converter screen does not produce anything readable either. I've checked the default language on the new computer and it's correct as "English". Any suggestions would be appreciated.

That's probably the result of the flash drive being removed 'un'-safely, resulting in file corruption, especially if the document was created on the flash drive in the first place.
