Remove bullet

Those are not bullets - they're paragraph break markers. The only way you can delete them is by deleting the very thing that differentiates one paragraph from another. In any event, even an empty document must have one paragraph break. You can hide them by clicking on the ¶ symbol on the Ribbon's Home tab.
