Default Custom Labels with a Header

Hello - I am trying to create an other/custom label. The labels I am working with are printed for our company. They are 3.33" x 4" and are 2 labels across by 3 vertical labels. However, the company address takes up the top 2" of the label and the word "To" with a little arrow takes up the left .5" of the label.

Anyway I try to work it, the custom labels won't let me work around these alterations to get the shipping address in the white portion of the label. I had it years ago on a previous version of Word, but this one I can't figure out.

Thanks in advance for your help!!
