Lol, looked at the document again, and solved it... Yes it was a problem with the "Track changes" feature, thought I had accepted or deleted all changes, but I guess I missed that one. Also had the display setting on "Final Showing Mark-up" rather than final.
So as the lady on Saturday Night Live used to say, "Neverrrrrr mindddd." But thanks for reading this.
