Page Footer changes format for no obviously apparent reason
Hello,
I have a document where I have the chapter number display prior to the page number. So, if I'm on Chapter 21, page 1, the page footer should display "21-1". This last chapter I have in the document has oddly behaving footers. In the below screenshot, we can see pages 1 and 2 display correctly as 21-1 and 21-2, but once page 3 comes along, the page numbers revert to "3", "4", etc: http://i.imgur.com/wTqzsRV.png Now, I thought "Well, the footers must be formatted differently", but when I open the Page Number Format window while highlighting both a correct and bad page number in the footer, they show the same values in the Page Number Format window: http://i.imgur.com/C7XFfbC.png Any ideas as to what's causing the footers to incorrectly display as "3", "4", etc. when I want "21-3", "21-4", etc? Update: Whatever was causing the problem, when I updated the ToC and disabled the "Include Chapter Number" option on the footer, saved, and then re-enabled it, that fixed the problem. The page footers now appear as I expect them to.
