Hi
I would suggest you set up all of your clauses as AutoText entries and give them all SHORT unique names. Then each sales exec could just enter the clauses they want included in the proposal using the short AutoText names and build the contract that way. You could setup a separate template for this. Hope this makes sense. Tony
