Stefan, the dialog is accessed from the Find tab on the Navigation Pane. Click on the drop-down and select Options... Potolok, I note that the image you posted says that Activation failed. This will result in very limited functioning in Word.

Charles, thank you. I see that I must have typed something into the box (under "Navigation") and then I can click the arrow. I rarely use the Navigation pane; instead I press Ctrl+H to display the Find and Replace dialog box.
