Hello everyone,
Is there a way to use find and replace to find every ALL CAP words before a colon and change it to a capital words. for Example: HISTORY OF INJURY: changed to History Of Injury: I have hundreds of these in reports I need to convert. This will help me save more time considering that now most of my clients are outsourcing reports to India! Thank you all for all that you do! |

Simply set up the Find dialog with this wildcard search:
Find What: [A-Z ]{1,}: Choose "Highlight All". When all the instances are highlighted (i.e. selected), On the Home tab, in the Font group, click Change Case, then choose "Capitalize Each Word". |
