Hello everyone,

Is there a way to use find and replace to find every ALL CAP words before a colon and change it to a capital words. for Example:

HISTORY OF INJURY:

changed to

History Of Injury:

I have hundreds of these in reports I need to convert. This will help me save more time considering that now most of my clients are outsourcing reports to India! Thank you all for all that you do!

Simply set up the Find dialog with this wildcard search:

Find What:
[A-Z ]{1,}:
Choose "Highlight All".

When all the instances are highlighted (i.e. selected), On the Home tab, in the Font group, click Change Case, then choose "Capitalize Each Word".
