Watermark Breaking Up on one page of Multipage Document

I have a 15 page document; I created a watermark for the whole document, 14 pages are perfect, however on page one it is "broken" up in the middle of the text phrase, this is not a view problem as it prints out exactly as I see it in print preview or page layout view. I've close the document and re-opened, just in case but the problem remains.

Any thought?
