When you print, you will see a top margin. You have your "white space" hidden.
Move your mouse pointer just to the top of the page, below your ribbon and it will change. See below. Once the mouse pointer changes to the two double rectangles, double-click. This is an option setting but is usually the result of a stray mouse click.
