Windows 7 64bit how to copy and paste this layout?

how to copy and paste this layout?

I have a page with rectangles, and in each rectangle is a tiny 1 or 2 row tables. I would like to be able to copy and paste them both as is.

When I select all, only the inside tables get pasted, but not the outside shapes.
