Is it really possible these type of formatting in Word with the help of VBA programming or any inbuilt feature while transferring data from Excel to Word ?

I'm not sure what you're trying to ask. Q: Can it be done with VBA? A: Almost certainly. Q: Can it be done with without VBA without also copying pasting each item individually? A: Possibly but, as I said before, I'd want to know more about the data source and destination before offering specific advice.
