I have used word happily for years. Today when I open word it shoots off to the side of the screen. Any document I open in it disappears also to the right side of the screen.

This does not happen with Excel or Powerpoint.



I would be most grateful for any advice.

After opening a document, choose View>Arrange All. That should solve the problem.

Thank you for the advice. It did not work immediately as both Word and the document flew off the screen.

I found I could open the document by going to Libraries-Documents, then scrolling down to the required document, Right Click and then click on Edit.

This brought the document up on the screen and I was able to go to View-Arrange All.

Everything now appears to be working correctly.
