Default

This is really quite easy:
1. Press Ctrl-A
2. Press Alt-A, v, x, Enter
3. Press Alt-A, p, Tab, Tab, m, Enter


Done. You now have a document consisting of a two-column table, with every paragraph in its own row on the right-hand side.
