![]() If all of these were formatted using Word's Heading Styles, you could simply create a new document with a TOC field, followed by a series of RD fields, each pointing to a source document. The new document would then list all the headings and would update to reflect edits to the headings and the addition/deletion of headings.

I had thought about that, but the text I want to appear in the report is tagged, not heading styles. The headings are the locations that I want to list for each tagged instance.
