Default Easiest Way to Produce a Report/List of Tagged Text from Multiple Word Files

I have multiple Word files in which I have tagged some submittal information. I need to create a report of this tagged text, which file is appears in and which section in each file it appears in.

My "sections" are tagged as Headings 1, 2, or 3 styles.

Ultimately, I may have 50 files in one directory that I need to pull this information from into one list/TOC.

For example, my level 1 tag is { TA \1 "Pre-Construction Submittals" \c 1 } and my level 2 tag is { TA \2 "Manufacturer's Information" \c 2 }.

I will want a report to look something like the following:

Submittal Section Paragraph
Pre-Construction Submittals 02070 1.03
Manufacturer's Information 02070 1.03

Any suggestions? Or is there an easier way to tag/mark text in each Word file in order produce this sort of report.
