I take it from the above that "Submittal Section Paragraph" is a Heading. But then you appear to have tags at two different levels below it, designated by TA \1 & TA \2. So how, if at all, does a heading level relate to tag levels?

Also, what do the "02070 1.03" in the output represent and how are they to be obtained.
