Yes, Word 2007 does. If this forum would allow uploads or copying and pasting of images, instead of asking for a URL, then I could show you a screen capture.

Anyways, my post applies to the question above about centering in Draft View (which is indeed possible in Word 2007), except that it modifies some information for users of Office 2007.
