You would be much better off using Access (or another relational database) than Word.
Can Word be used as a Database? Yes, I've done it, but it is not well suited for this task. You could certainly put questions and answers into a lengthy document with keywords. You could use find to locate answers, but you would not be able to do any really complex or refined searches. |
