Default Interactive Forms

I’m creating an interactive form that will be used to fill out using form fields. I want to be able to restrict the user from hitting “Enter” on the keyboard in certain areas of the form, which inserts another row/line. This will shift all the info on the form. Is this possible?
ANY help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you
