You access the Addins via File|Options|Addins. The standard MS ones should be OK, so it's just a matter of working out which of the others is the culprit. As I said before, Bluetooth Addins are notorious for causing problems.

I didn't fine Addins via File|Options|Addins. I did fine Tools|Templates and Addins. Guess this is the same? There I found just one addin... Finereader.sprint.dot. Removed that without a positive result. Tools|COM Addins found Web Page Wizard which was not turned on. I don't know of any reason I would have Bluetooth drivers. I do have Microsoft's Silverlight installed for a purpose. I'll try uninstalling Silverlight when I have another moment for this. Thanks!

Yes, that's the same - I was thinking of more recent versions when I referred to File|Options|Addins.

Finally got around to removing Silverlight. No good. Seems deleting the key has solved the problem.... at least for the moment. I had also developed a problem with everything double spacing despite all efforts. This seems to have cleared up, also. Thanks!!
