I have a form that spans several pages. I edit certain cells and would like better options for 1. navigation between cells and 2. editing cells:
1. Page up key works the same as the tab key. Is there a setting that will change the page up key behavior to actually page up. 2. Ctr-A will not select all text within a cell. Also Shift-Home or Shift-End will not select all the text within a cell. Only Option is to tab out and back in to select all text within a cell. (besides using the mouse, I'm not a mouse user if I can help it) There several quirky things about editing cells that do not conform to the standard key behavior. Just looking for consistency. Thanks, Bill |

Which kind of form is this? Form fields? Content controls?

These are form fields. I am using Word 2010 and the form is a 97-2003 document provided by a third party. (I do not have the password)

You can circumvent the form field protection as follows: Create a new, blank document. On the Insert tab, click the arrow on the Object button, and choose Text from File. In the Insert File dialog box, locate your protected form, select it and click Insert. The form is no longer password protected and you can edit it.
