need help on "select all"
I used to use CTRL+A for selecting all characters in the document (word 2013). But recently one of Webding characters is pasted when I press CTRL+A !! How I should fix it?

That suggests you've assigned Ctrl-A to an autotext entry for the Webding character. Unassign it.
