Word page size distorted somehow?

Hey everyone,



I'm currently stuck with word and I have a project in soon. By mistake, I double-clicked something and my whole page became distorted in the terms of layout. Asking others and digging through myself I couldn't find a solution on why this happened and how to restore it.

I have the picture/image on what exactly is going on for the ease of explanation as well.
