Thanks for your response, but what I mean is I wish to create/edit a referencing style in MS word that will produce the required 'author (date)' citation, as opposed to '(author date)' or 'author,date' etc you find in the existing formats. I do not know if this referencing style has a particular name, I have not come across it elsewhere and I do not think it does, but being able to implement citations this way will save me some time.
