Speculation: what happens if you link/insert a graphic, using an empty, centred paragraph as the anchor point? That's how I handle graphic orientation away from Word.

btw, thanks for the post! I had no idea Powerpoint could handle vector graphics … even if it will only read one MS format, that's a major step forward.

Hey,
thanks for the feedback. As suggested i used empty paragraphs with "in front of text"(Vor dem Text) and with this it works. Thanks!
