I thought I could find a workaround. I went to File, Options. I changed my username to the company name. Closed Word. But still new documents and old documents list me as the author. Help!

Found this workaround: Open a document that has the company as the author. Delete everything. Stick everything from the new document in it, and save as a new document. After saving, it still has the company as the author.
