Try using different styles for your dialog and notes. (You should be doing this anyway.) If you are using Dragon Naturally Speaking, you should be able to tell it to change styles.
One style can be all caps, the other mixed, as a part of the formatting. I expect these would be paragraph styles. Understanding Styles in Microsoft Word If you are doing writing for a living using Word, you owe it to yourself to learn to use Styles. |
